Submit a Photo or Soldier Story

If you have a photo of the Blackboy Hill Training Camp during the WWI years, or a photograph of a soldier who trained at Blackboy Hill, we might like to include it in our book. We are also looking for short biographies of soldiers who trained at Blackboy Hill.

If you have any lively stories to accompany your photo, such as a brief history of the soldier in the photo or interesting anecdotes of life at the camp, we would very much like to hear from you.

Please email your story or scanned copy of photo with details of the photo (year, names, any other detail), plus your own contact details (name, number, address, email) to kspf@iinet.net.au.

Alternatively, please post story or photocopy your picture and send with accompanying details to Blackboy Hill Project, 11 Old York Road, Greenmount WA 6056. Please include your contact details as above.

If the photo or soldier story profile will help our project, a Project Officer will be in touch with you for more details within a few months, and will send you a copy of the photograph release form.
